The Port of Chelan County Commission approved a lease at its April 17th Commission Meeting with a Seattle based technology development company, Subsplash, to lease the Port’s business incubator at the Pybus Public Market. Subsplash’s lease of the entire 1950 square feet will commence July 1, 2018 and expires on December 31, 2019.
“The Port created this space as a launch pad for new business in Chelan County. Subsplash has been looking for the right location to expand into our county for months. This incubator gets them into Chelan County and they can transition into private space to make room for the next company,” stated Port Commission President Rory Turner.
“Subsplash is growing, and we could not be more excited to expand our company to the Wenatchee area as we continue to fulfill our mission and delight millions of people around the world using the Subsplash Platform,” said Tim Turner, Founder, and CEO.
Subsplash plans to hire 15-20 new employees in the coming months to work at the Pybus incubator. They are looking for talented individuals with a variety of skills to join their team. More information can be found at www.subsplash.com/careers.
